Zero Tolerance Rules, Policy and Procedures
- PROGRAM: This is a voluntary housing program. To remain in good standing, you must abide by all the policy and procedures herein and remain current on all non-refundable program fees. You start as soon as you enter the Reentry Support House, LLC doorstep. There are NO maximum lengths of the program. This is an at-will program. What you do to assist you in future growth while in this program is up to you. You are responsible for what happens after you leave this program. If you choose to leave our program, you MUST notify your Program Director before you leave. WE DO NOT HOLD BEDS. We will also notify your P.O. of any altercations, fights, stealing, panhandling, suspicions of drug use, threats, breaking of curfew and anything else that we may deem necessary for reporting while you are in our program.
- CURFEW: Program Participant agree to abide by the following curfew: 10:00 pm. After curfew, residents are to stay in the home unless there is an emergency. If there is an emergency, then you will be instructed by the housing director on what to do next. If you have employment, you must make sure you report that information to the housing director. Breaking Curfew will NOT be tolerated. No Excuses
- EMPLOYMENT: During the participation period, all clients are encouraged to seek employment and other avenues in which to better your situation in life. This is your responsibility, not Reentry Support House, LLC. If you want your life to be better, you will make the effort to make it better. We can assist you by giving you a hand up, not handouts. If you become employed during your participation in this program, you MUST inform your housing director of the details of your employment. You must also inform direct staff of your workdays and hours before you begin working. No exceptions. If your schedule changes or you are no longer employed, you must inform direct staff immediately.
Note: When working late, documentation containing company letterhead must be presented, or employer needs to call housing director to verify work hours.
- TRANSPORTATION: Reentry Support House, LLC does NOT provide Program Participant transportation or Marta Passes. Participants are responsible for ALL their transportation to and from the property at their own expense.
- SHARING OF PERSONAL ITEMS: Program Participant will not loan, lend, buy, or sell anything to another Program Participant in the program or sale anything on the property of Reentry Support House, LLC.
- THREATS / FIGHTING: No physical or verbal threats will be tolerated. Any such instance will result in immediate discharge from the program. No Weapons of any kind are allowed on the property at any time by any guest in the program. If you have been found to be involved in any altercation, you will be terminated from the program and asked to leave the premises. Atlanta PD will be called, if needed.
- STEALING: Stealing, Theft or Panhandling of any kind will not be tolerated while you are in the program. If found in violation, your parole/probation officer will be notified immediately.
- FOOD: Reentry Support House, LLC does not provide any meals. Program Participant may apply for Food Assistance with the Georgia EBT Program. If participants do not qualify for food stamps, you may obtain food at Atlanta Community Food Bank located at 3400 Desert Dr. East Point GA 30344 which is accessible by MARTA. Food will be provided to residents immediately upon arrival if logistical issues will not allow the resident to acquire food in a timely manner. Please see your Housing Director for more information. Program Participant will have full access to the kitchen for self-preparation of meals. Food or Drinks are NOT allowed in bedrooms, bathrooms and living room at any time. Kitchen hours are from 5:00AM-11:59PM daily.
- DRUGS & ALCOHOL: The Program is a DRUG AND Alcohol-Free Zone. This is NOT a drug treatment program. If you have an issue with staying clean and sober, YOU NEED TO SIGN- UP FOR A DRUG TREATMENT FACILITY. At No Time, will Program Participant be allowed to use alcohol, illegal drugs, or misuse of prescription drugs either on or off the property while residing in the Reentry Support House, LLC Program. If you are suspected of Alcohol and/or Drug use, you will be subject to termination from program immediately. Your P.O. or Program Director may request that you take a random drug test at any time while in our program. If you come in intoxicated, high, or smelling like marijuana or alcohol at any time, you will be terminated from the program without further explanation. If you fail a drug test at any time, you will be terminated from the program NO Exceptions.
- SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted in the property (including smokeless tobacco and vaping). If you do smoke it is required that you complete your smoking in the designated areas at the program location.
- HOUSING UNIT & FURNISHINGS: All furnishings and other property on the premises that belong to Reentry Support House, LLC will not be damaged, sold or removed. No structural changes may be made to the premises, either inside or outside. Any maintenance issues should be reported the House Manager or Direct Staff immediately. Absolutely no sleeping on the furniture, you have beds to sleep in.
- GUESTS: No visitors are allowed in / on / or around the property location at any time. Visiting in vehicles is not allowed on premises at all. Visitors must meet you at the subdivision entry sign. Program Participant who has been removed or has left the Reentry Support House LLC program is not allowed back on premises unless authorized by Director. Any Program Participant found to allow anyone other than Direct Staff and current Program Participant into any unit without permission, will be asked to leave the program.
- TELEPHONE USAGE/CELLPHONE USAGE: A telephone line is not provided by Reentry Support House, LLC. It is not required that each home / unit have a phone line. Program Participant are encouraged to participate in a Government Cellphone program for personal phones. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am daily, NO cell phone, laptop, or tablet usage will be permitted (within reason).
- MAIL AND MAILING ADDRESS: All participants are required to send their personal mail to:

- TELEVISION: Television is provided as a courtesy to our guests. It is a privilege, not a requirement. Abuse of the television hours will result in TV privileges being taken away from entire house. TV Times for Program Participants are from 7am-10pm daily, no exceptions.
- SIGN-OUT SHEET: There is a sign out sheet by the near the front door. The Program Participant must sign out anytime they leave the program location and sign back in upon arrival back to the program location. This sign-out sheet is checked daily by Direct Housing Staff, Housing Manager.
- ENGAGING IN INAPPROPIATE BEHAVIOR: Program Participants must remember that we are a voluntary program, and we are not allowed to fraternize, flirt, or engage in any sexual or intimate relationships with anyone in the program or on the property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the program. No Exceptions.
- PERSONAL PROPERTY: Reentry Support House, LLC does NOT store individual property. If you are dismissed from the program voluntarily or involuntarily, you are responsible for ensuring your individual property leaves with you we not responsible for your individual property. All participants agree and understand that ALL individual property including automobiles are subject to removal at any time. Participants understand and agree that participant will be responsible for any financial obligations that may arise from the removal of any individual property.
- ROOM INSPECTION: There will be Random room checks. These room checks will ensure there are NO items that are not allowed to be in your room present. Beds are to be made and kept in a neat presentable fashion. If you leave the property and your bed is not made or your area of the room is left uncleaned, a $50.00 penalty charge will be added to your weekly or monthly fees. This penalty fee will be due and payable at the end of the current week, or you will be subject to termination from the program.
- DRUG SCREENING: You are subject to Random drug testing if you are a participant in Reentry Support House, LLC program. If you test positive for any controlled substance, you may be terminated from the program effective immediately. Participant may be asked to remove all personal items from the property the same day.
- SEXUAL HARASSMENT/SEXUAL MISCONDUCT: We will not tolerate any sexual misconduct among guests or anyone in the community. Sexual harassment and/or sexual misconduct is grounds for immediately termination. No exceptions.
- ABANDONMENT: If you leave the program and you do not notify your Program Director. You will have 24 hours to pick up ALL individual property and effects, if you do not pick up your personal items, they will be removed at the discretion of Reentry Support House, LLC
- APPROPIATE ATTIRE: You must be fully cloth always (no sagging or clothing worn off the waistline at anytime). A shirt and pants / shorts must always be worn. After 8 pm, pajamas pants or gym shorts and a t-shirt should be worn. No boxers / boxer briefs, underwear, or shirtless attire.
- MEDICATION: If you are on behavioral health medication you must take it. If you do not, you may be terminated from the program.
- PROGRAM COMPLETION: You must exit program housing by 7:00 a.m. when you leave and are finished with the program. You will be terminated from the program in the event your program fee is not paid by 11:59 p.m. on Saturday’s. Your Personal items and access code will be removed from the property by 7:00 a.m. on the following day.
- LOITERING / NOISE ORDINANCE: Absolutely NO walking or Loitering around the property or the neighborhood. Loud talking on your cell phone outside or inside of the property is prohibited.
- CELL PHONE USAGE: Program Participant are required to use Headphones when listening to electronic devices or talking on the cell phone.
- PERSONAL SPACE: Program Participants are prohibited from entering another participants bedroom at any time.
- HYGIENE: Program Participant are required to shower and wash hair daily and use deodorant. Program Participants that do not shower daily may be terminated from the program.
- HOUSE KEEPING: Program Participants are required to keep ALL communal areas clean (i.e., kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and around the home). Program Participants must keep bedrooms clean, neat, and organized always. Program Participants at some location will have access to washer and dryers, whereas participants may wash and dry their personal clothes once per week.
- PARKING: Program Participants with vehicles may only park in designed parking spaces for the property. Participants are aware and agree that vehicles may be removed at their expense at any time per program director’s discretion.
- COMRADERY: Program Participants are expected to always treat each other with respect and compassion with a cheerful outlook.
- RELIGION: Program Participants are free to participate in any religious activities of their choosing. All religious participation is strictly voluntary.
- CLASSIFICATION: You are a Voluntary Program Participant in real property, you are not legally a “Guest” and not a “Tenant” (according to Georgia’s laws). Since you are a Voluntary Program Participant, the Director / Executor does not have to go through any legal procedures to evict / terminate / dismiss you. If you do not follow the Zero Tolerance Rules, Policy & Procedures Agreement, the Director / Executor will remove your access to the program property without notice to you.
